Landmark Roofing

Our house was old discolored aluminum siding. We had 6 double hung windows and two Doors replaced with Anderson and Energy Star rated doors, respectively. The siding is Hardie Plank in sage green with iron gray trim. It was all completed in four days, within the timeframe specified. The crews were so professional and focused each day. And so hardworking and polite. The crew leads communicated well with us all along the way. I’d highly recommend Landmark!!

We had an excellent experience with Landmark Roofing. We had our two level roof with nine sunroofs replaced. They did a fantastic job managing the job and completing it on time. They made sure we were extremely satisfied before we paid anything for the work.

Artie Hendrik and his crew are simply the best around. All of the Landmark personnel are highly skilled and a pleasure to work with. Our project was very well orchestrated starting from the beginning, with the scheduling of the building materials drop-off the day before, followed by the removal of the old roof and haul-away, plywood sheating repair and shingle installation. All tasks were completed as scheduled with no surprises. This enabled us to get this job completed with no disruption to church operations including the significant activities of the Child Development Center. All aspects of the job were well executed the first time with no need for a follow-up punch list. The price was very reasonable and the overall customer experience from the beginning to end was exceptional. L
