Progress Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeler

We recently completed a bathroom update in Severna Park with Progress Kitchen and Bath, and we’re very happy with how everything turned out. From the beginning, the design process went smoothly we loved the materials we selected, and they ended up matching beautifully. Salome, our designer, did a fantastic job helping us pull everything together with a great eye for detail. Our project manager, Alex, was also extremely thorough. He double checked all the plumbing himself and even ran the water to make sure everything was working perfectly with no leaks. You don’t always see that level of care. The grout lines are neat and straight, and the overall finish feels solid and professional. Great work all around!

A huge shout out to Progress Kitchen and Bath! We just had our master bathroom remodeled in October. Cannot say enough good things about our experience. From the very beginning, everything went extremely well and was professionally done. We love our new shower and tub area that was completely redesigned. It went from being old & blah to gorgeous & new! Salome (Severna Park location) was so wonderful to work with; from the quote and design, to picking out the materials, to the installation. Overall this was a positive experience and we are happy with the results. Salome did a great job talking with us to design something that fit our vision and was in our budget. The workers were friendly and did a good job. We would most likely recommend them to a friend if they needed similar work. One negative part of the experience was the communication from our project manager. He would tell us which days the workers would be at the house, and then they would come on days he said they weren’t going to be there or not come on days he said they would. The project also took a week longer than he told us it would. Which is expected in a project like this, but we were told repeatedly throughout the process how long it was going to take, and then they kept adding days. I also wish the construc
