Very unprofessional! They have done repairs to my roof twice in the last 4 years. After another 2000 in repairs in August my roof leaked the very first rain. When I reached out I got a one line response "We did not work on the valleys" Not I'm sorry that happened or we will send someone to check it out, NOTHING! As a REALTOR I have referred this company many times. I learned my lesson, if this is the way they treat me I can't imagine how they treat my clients. Plus they will not take photos of before or after, how do you confirm what work was done!

I have used this company on home inspections, repairs and bids. They are always reasonably priced, professional and take care to not create any extra repairs. The workers who come out are not rude and seem to take pride in their professional demeanor. With the recent storms, my insurance company advised me what the cost should be for repairs and this company came in right there. Other companies definitely up charged.
