Called for a service on my pool vacuum. Morgan responded right away and was working on the pool within an hour. He identified the issue quickly and I am happy to say the pool is back to running great! Responsive and knowledgable. Can't ask for more!

Would not recommend. Our pool wasn’t being serviced correctly. Someone would come rarely the around the same time so you would never know when or if they came. They weren’t treating our water properly. Quit the service to find out our calcium level and phosphate were so high and the ph was way off . We had to fully drain our pool and restart with new water.

I called and left a message about my pool having an issue. I got a phone call back almost immediately and he sent me some pics and offered advice on what to do. I was able to fix it myself based on his graciousness of sharing what should work. Things like that make me a lifetime customer. Bravo!

Great service! The Pool Master contacted & came out the same day I notified my home warranty company. By the end of that same day, they diagnosed the pump problem, explained that I needed a new pump, gently reminded me my home warranty did not cover code changes, advised me of my additional out of pocket expense, obtained authorization, and scheduled the fix for the following day. My pool problem was fixed in less than 24 hours! Everyone was friendly and informative. Morgan was professional and thorough. He was respectful of my backyard space and my two dogs. I have decided to change my regular pool service / maintenance over to them. I Would give zero stars if I could! A “so-called” tech by the name of Morgan Schroen comes out to my house to look into my pump due to the pump not powering on. I was told previously over the phone that my warranty would cover this. After a few minutes of looking at the pump Morgan states I need to pay $125.00. I simply am question why since I wasn’t expecting that and obviously had questions. Not that I didn’t want to pay I just wanted clarification as to why I was told one thing and another in person. The conversation quickly turned very quickly and I was treated so unfair. These are just a few examples of how bad this experience was. 1.
