Sam Reynolds and Josh Clough came out one day to look at an electrical repair, gave me an estimate then came back the next day to do the repair. My house was bordering 30 years old with the current AC unit in place for the duration. The furnace, already replaced 10 years ago, was now failing again due to a faulty Heat Exchange (multiple cracks). Consistent advice was to not replace the Heat Exchange as the cost of labor for replacement would exceed the cost to simply replace the complete furnace. Opportunists who tried to push a new heating system when it wasn't needed! Our thermostat stopped working, so we had no heat. Landry said they could come out for $99 to evaluate the problem. They sent a very young, inexperienced HVAC guy who looked at the furnace for over an hour and could not determine the problem. He rattled off 5 or 6 things it could be, but informed us we would need to spend another $500 for an in depth diagnosis if we wanted to know what the actual problem was. He did suggest some very costly repair options $3000-5000, for what he thought would fix the problem, but advised us to replace the whole system as it is 13 years old anyway. We had 3 outside lighting with motion detectors redone to light up a walkway to back entrance of our house.
