Response from the owner of Landscape Supply: “I'm sorry you feel this way! But the hours for each month are posted on the front door. Saturday we are open 8:00 - 3:00! We never close early! As we were leaving in our vehicles, "I'm sorry but it's all locked up(3:00) , but hey see you Monday" if that was unprofessional please know that it wasn't my intent. I personally have never turned down the $30 "leaf" dump.” It's a shame when loyalty doesn't pay off. As a long-time customer, I was appalled by the condescending treatment I received from this business. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! I ordered 25 yards of screened top soil. When I got to the bottom of the second pile it was full of river stone. I called and explained the situation and asked what the options were. He took down my info and said he would get back with me. Never did. I called a few days later after my wife spent 6 hours hand picking all this stone out and asked for a discount for the time and hassle of picking stone out of my premium top soil. I was told the owner wouldn't allow a refund. I asked to speak with him and was "no" he was too busy. He kept telling me he wasn't sure how stone could get in there. I told him It doesn't matter how the stone got in there, it was in there and it's not what I paid for. Then he said well its dirt, it's going to have some stone in

I hate to give a local business a bad review, but my experience was horrible. I cannot imagine with the way that information travels nowadays, that an owner would be so naïve. I went to get a small pail of landscape rocks for a very specific project as well as order, a dump truck of black mulch like I have every couple years. The owner tried to charge me $45 for a small pail of rock and he was completely OK losing out on the business of my mulch. I would’ve been happy to pay up to $25 for, a small amount of rock but $45 is just being a jerk. They will never receive my business again.

The worst landscape company around. The owner is a spoiled kid of the previous owner who does not know how to run a business nor does he know how to treat customers. He swears and berates customers and has no sense of customer relations. Come to find out he gets that from his senile father who looked at my lawn and blamed me for the shoddy job. He swore in front of my 3 year old and flipped me off in front of her. These people are classless. DO NOT USE them! They use terrible grade grass and blame everyone else but themselves. They hang up on you when you try and explain also. This is the grass I got from them after 3 weeks when they seeded and they blame me.

I usually do my own driveway, but a surgery has left me without the use of one arm this winter, so I hired Landscape Supply to do my driveway and walkways for the season. A couple days later we got our first snow - but they didn't show up; when I called about it they called me a liar or too stupid to notice that it snowed after they finished. I offered to let them view the multiple security cameras on my house to show them that nobody ever showed up - they hung up on me. The next night they did come and do the driveway, and two days later they did it again as well as the sidewalk, and I have not seen them since. When I called the second time I was told they only come out if it snows 3 inches, so 2 inches on Monday, 2 inches on Tuesday, and an inch on Wednesday left 5 inches of snow in my
