Landscape Workshop

Hired a company called Artisan to do a lot of work with our home/yard renovation. Our project manager was Alex—who was terrific. Shortly after install, Alex had parted ways—seems like Landscape Workshop bought their company. They look like a large private equity firm that buys and ravages a bunch of local landscape businesses. Anyway—turns out the irrigation install has some problems. I can’t get them to pick up the phone, respond to emails or texts, or return any calls even though we are still under warranty. Avoid at all costs now…

This company is terrible. They are not landscapers, they are weedwhackers'. The community is in Goodlettsville, TN I planted myself, and paid for all the plants in my entryway and take care of them. They send a group of (probably not US citizens) to cut all my hydrangeas plants down and two other plants. They just hacked them... I have told our HOA for 4 years to keep this company off my property. Oh by the way, I mow my own lawn. They weed wack and cut it short during the summer and it is uneven and miss half the lawn. It is terrible... DO NOT Hire this company....... There has to be real landscapers out there to take care of a community. There are a lot of pretty communities here in Nashville that are taken care of. Definitely DO NOT hire Landscape Workshop. I'm not the only one

I have never used this company but I was in my BRAND NEW car in a parking lot while they were working and one of the guys HIT my car with his leaf blower!! He didn’t apologize or anything, just kept working. But we made eye contact and we both knew he hit my car. I have pictures of the man and the truck. I do not think there is any significant damage, but it is the principle. Terrible employee.

I have found Landscape Workshop to be a great company to work with. Their associates are hard working and eager to satisfy their customers. We recently had a crew come out and trim our trees. The bid was reasonable and the work was easy to schedule, completed timely and no mess was left behind. We were very pleased with our experience.

Started using Landscape Workshop since the beginning of the year. Right away they made a positive impact on my property. Michael Becker is responsive, personable, and amazing to work with. He is willing to assist with anything I ask, and always goes above and beyond for me. Wes Pittman is also great to work with, and always makes sure work is being done timely and with great quality. I recommend Landscape Workshop to anyone looking.
