The staff immediately asked how they could help and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. They pointed me to a product that fit all of my requirements and even took the extra step to make sure it wouldn’t harm my lawn. That level of knowledge and attention to detail really stood out. Excellent customer service, friendly staff, and very helpful guidance. I’ll definitely be coming back for future landscaping needs.

Austin and Angel went out of their way to help me and actually taught me more about hose nozzles than I ever thought. The professionalism is exceptional and I will continue to be a loyal customer to this store!

Finally!!! I typically avoid this location due to the lack of customer service. Typically you’re not greeted and when you finally find an employee they act as if you’re a nuisance. Not today, I walked in and was immediately greeted by Ms. Sophie. She heard my need and directed me to Ms Sherry who was glad to help. Unfortunately they did not have what I needed at the time but their attentiveness towards me as a customer and their genuine effort to provide a pleasant customer experience was definitely noticed.

This place has everything I need for yard care. I can get all the parts for my equipment repair and maintenance. They have a good selection of stone for landscaping. Pretty much one stop for me. I have dealt with the manager Angel who is very knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer service at this location.
