Landtech Landscape and Maintenance

Live at Oakdale Springs Apartments and they were blowing the leaves on people's cars and patios. Getting peoples cars full of dirt. Had to call office for them to clean my patio.

They are the worst the workers cut the lawn every week knowing it doesn't need it. They use this industrial machine on the smaller lawn area ruining the ground and grass every time the workers ride it around. And the grass be looking dead and yellow after they cut it. They don't pick or blow the leaves up. What they do is make more trash by blowing it back to the grass or the rocks around the condos. Their blades need sharpening is the reason is messing our lawns up. VS should do better hiring good companies instead they pocket and want more money cutting corners with worthless companies.

While I have not personally hired them myself they are the landscapers that my apartment complex has contracted and every single time they do a less than acceptable job. Grass not being cut nearly enough to grass being cut way to short and at 1pm thus opening it up to burn the grass and also leaving the entire landscape teeming with fungus. The bushes that they "trimmed" are so lopsided with the trimmings just left on the ground surrounding. All I know is whatever my apartment pays to have these guys come is far too much. Maybe it's just this specific crew that comes but I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone based on what I've seen this far.

One of their employees backed into and hit my car with their truck. I got out of my car to get their insurance information as per usual, and the manager said that they didn't hit my car and that the damage was already there. He went on to claim that I was trying to scam them by blaming the damage on them. He was extremely belittling and unprofessional throughout the situation. I ended up having to call the police who were thankfully able to pull some footage from a gas station that showed them clearly hitting my car. Only then did I get their insurance information and they never even apologized. These guys have zero integrity.

Saw this company's truck flying around town weaving in and out of lanes at 20 over the speed limit. Don't endanger my family's safety in a company truck or drive like that unless you're a 16 year old douche with a jankity Honda civic.
