They went above and beyond, ensuring our parking lot was clean for services and they even power washed our sidewalks! Truly, this is one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with.

I contacted Lane Home Improvement Inc. for a new roof after a bad experience the previous year with a different roofer. I had taken the cheaper route when replacing the roof on my rental property, and unfortunately the workmanship was very poor. I reached out to Elizabeth at Lane Home Improvement, and they came out to see the house the very same day. The following day, they started the roofing job and had everything completed by that evening. Throughout the process, they sent me photos showing the progress and the materials being used, which gave me peace of mind and allowed me to see exactly how the roof was installed. From start to finish, their excellent customer service, attention to detail and quality of work was exceptional. We appreciated all of the time and effort they spent explaining the very involved project scope (shingle selection, roof tear-off, sheathing replacement, underlayment, ridge vents, gutters, leaf guards and downspouts). They continuously offered advice, listened to our concerns throughout the project and worked around our solar panel system removal. Shout out to Lane Home Improvement LLC. for a seamless experience from start to finish. The new roof was installed within one week of our deposit. Liz provided us with product options so we could find the best product for our budget without compromising quality. They left our property in clean condition without a trace of the mess. And to top it off they even finished in one day! I can’t forget it comes with a 15 year warranty from Lane! I shopped several other companies and saw no warranties over 10 years!
