Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Monae was the plumber that Roto-Rooter sent to work on our toilets. Both toilets would not flush and gurgling noises came from the bathroom sinks and shower. Monae arrived around 4:30 pm and did not leave till almost 8:45 pm on a Sunday. Monae made several attempts at de-clogging our pipe that led to the street. Those attempts unfortunately failed. Monae then changed course a removed 1 of the toilets and began to work on breaking up the clog. Eventually, Monae was successful and our toilets finally worked. Monae was fantastic! Howard at Roto Rooter was great to work with. I called in a clogged kitchen sink around 8 pm on a Tuesday and he was at our house within the next hour or so. He was able to quickly resolve the issue. He was great to work with and we were very happy with our service.

After an almost 12-hr work day, I arrived home to an intermittent gurgling sound coming from my bathroom. I immediately turned the shut-off valve to the off position and contacted Roto-Rooter. Brian took my call at roughly 7:35 pm and immediately scheduled a technician that would arrive within a 2-hour window. My technician, Howard, arrived within an hour of my call, ready to help. He tested the functions of the commode, flushing several times and checking the components of the tank, but was not able to replicate the problem. He was patient as I asked questions, and offered the possibility of replacing all of the elements in the tank and gave me an estimate. I want to give a huge shout-out to Howard from Roto-Rooter! He was the second service professional to come out for a stubborn kitchen drain issue, and he absolutely nailed it. Howard took his time, ran the snake slow and steady, and made sure everything was done right. He even filled the sink afterward to thoroughly test the drain with both cold and hot water. The difference in care and expertise was obvious — and best of all, the problem is finally solved! Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to getting the job done correctly.
