Lane House was amazing. My roof and siding was done in a timely manner given the circumstances. They left house clean and when done I received my recoverable depreciation check in mail. I didn’t even have to send anything to adjuster as they took care of that for me.

My 77 year old mother used this company to install new windows into her home and the way that they've treated her is shameful. Communication skills from the start have been poor as they return calls when they feel like it, if they feel like it. The double pane windows that they installed are so drafty that you could possibly hold a flame up in front of them and it would be blown out. After getting new windows she had to purchase expensive curtains that promises to keep drafts out. Who knew that new windows would require more attention than the old ones? As soon as her heat turns off her furnace starts immediately trying to reheat her home again because the windows are not preventing heat from escaping. Her floors are freezing. She was simply better off with her old windows and her money. T

They did a fair job and got our roof done in one day; however, we have major concerns. We moved our cars as instructed but didn’t think to move other small items in our yard. The workers broke my garden flag and windmill my parents just gifted us. The biggest thing that is a major letdown is that there were dozens of nails left in our driveway. We discovered that after we put our cars back. We also just got new tires. I will be calling Monday morning to express how upset we are. I will edit this review to say that Lane House did call us back after we spoke with them about our experience and they have offered to replace our garden flag stand and flag. Storms and Tornadoes hit Saint Louis, MO in 2025. They were massive, trees were snatched out the ground with the concrete still connected to the base. LANEHOUSE WAS READY.
