I Purchased a Washer Dryer Spacesaver from Lane's Appliance. Everyone was fantastic. From the Sales Department (Sara and Jim), to the Haul Away- Delivery guys . They were all great , what a team. It all went absolutely flawless. I love my new Frigidaire washer and dryer set , the delivery guys made sure everything was hooked up and running good, they did a Great job ! Every Department truly cares about their consumer's. Lanes Appliance is the only place I will ever go to get my Appliances . Thank you all !

I purchased a refrigerator from Lane's Appliance Sales and Service. The sales staff really knows their products and are very helpful and not pushy. I was impressed with the delivery and installation of the fridge. The item was installed on time and quickly. The delivery person had good knowledge of the product and was helpful in explaining how things worked. We experienced a problem with the refrigerator being too cold. It was so easy to call Lane's right here in Lansing and have them promptly send a service person out to fix it. Everyone at Lane's is friendly and helpful. I appreciated being able to buy from a local business and not a big box store and look forward to purchasing appliances from Lane's in the future.

They were pleasant to speak with and prompt in their responses. Michael was very kind , prompt, respectful of our home, and very efficient with the repair! I would recommend this company. They partner with our Consumers Energy appliance plan and I noticed they offer an appliance coverage plan on their website as well. Would definitely use them again, if the need arises.

We had service on a washer we DID NOT purchase at Lane’s. The technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He fixed our issue with no extra parts and within an hour of arrival. He pretty much took the entire machine apart to get to The problem and rectify it.

I have used Lane’s twice so far, and both times they have been spectacular. From informative scheduling to their professional service, they’re clearly the best around. I’ve always found their service techs to be kind and friendly, and they’ve fixed our appliances quickly. I’ve given a lot of 5-star reviews. This is one was among the easiest to give.
