Lane's Professional Pest

My mom is not technologically savvy, so I wanted to write this review on her behalf. Amanda serviced her property for a sudden bug problem in her home. Amanda not only took my mom’s concerns seriously, but treated her like family and provided so much knowledge and reassurance that I am considering switching pest control companies simply because of the quality of care Amanda provided. She wasn’t all talk either, after her first visit, NOT A BUG IN SIGHT. Would highly recommend using this company. Good service and results like this experience are hard to come by these days.

We have a contract with them. Their technician is usually the same guy each time they perform service. He is outstanding. If I find a bug it's always a dead bug. The technician offers advice and brushes all the cobwebs off the outside of the house while he is spraying. He is pleasant and professional. Thank you to Seymon!

Our camper was in storage and delivered to our site where it sat for almost a week before we were able to make it down to the campground. Upon arrival at the campground and opening our camper, we discovered lots of palmetto bugs had made themselves at home!! I understand this is the Palmetto State, but I really didn’t want to share the tight confines of my camper with all these Palmetto bugs! My elderly Mother, whom lives in an apartment complex in Myrtle Beach, has been having a very hard time controlling specifically german cockroaches in which have been determined are most likely coming from neighbors that are refusing the monthly pest control that the HOA pays for and also from outdoors considering the moist, rainy, low lying property that the buildings resides on. Recently contacted Lane’s regarding some bugs we were seeing in our condo. Walked into the office on Tuesday, 11/12/24. The manager we talked to was able to positively identify the bugs & schedule us with a prompt visit 2 days later as a consultation. Zach was assigned to come to our unit & he did an amazing job. Looked through every crack and crevice & was able to easily identify the “splatter” from the roaches in places that they may live. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable & answered all our questions regarding the treatment we would need, how the bugs survive and live, and what we should do to prevent them going forward after he laid bait.
