Wish we had never bought our furnace and central air unit from this company. If you do, you will be sorry. We have had nothing but trouble with the furnace. The a/c was the wrong unit they installed. Not to mention the customer service being the absolute worst. Very rude! We have had many service calls since our units were installed and they still do not have the problem fixed. Scheduling a service call is nearly impossible! Good luck if you buy from this company. You’ll need it!

Spoke to the business on 10/7/22 to schedule a furnace clean and check before the heating season. Followed up 10/17/22 to see what the wait time would be and was told they would see what they could do that week. On the day of this review, 1/18/23, more than 3 months since requesting the service I received a call wanting to know if I was still interested in the service. They never communicated with us along the way and had an overall attitude of sorry it did not work out. All you need to do is tell a customer when you can do it and if anything changes, communicate. If you are unable to do it, say so.

I shopped around and went with Langhauser when I installed my AC and furnace in 2012. They did great work. Easy to work with and reliable. Had my AC poop out on me twice this week (blisteringly hot) and both times they responded within 24 hours to do the warranted repair work (even coming out on Fathers Day!). Highly recommended.

They are a fantastic company! I have hired them multiple times, most recently a couple months ago and then did an amazing job on installing a new furnace and ac unit for me. This is the second home where we have had Langhauser replace the HVAC system. They started and ended on time and left the work area clean. Very, very pleased with the quality, price and communication.
