Luitjohan Flooring America has been our go-to for our flooring needs! We built our house 6 years ago and had them install the carpet. Well, needless to say, after 6 years, 3 kids, 2 dogs, and 2 cats, we needed new flooring in the living room. I did not want to put carpet back down, knowing that in 5 to 6 years we would have to go through this process all over again. So, I went in and to say that April is a saint does not even do her justice. April was extremely patient with me, listened to me, and helped calm my anxiety about not wanting the new to look like an afterthought. I am so beyond grateful for all her help. I can not say enough about how over the moon we are with the final touches to our basement rehab. We stopped in to Luitjohan Flooring America, to just take a look at the flooring products they handled. We were greeted with a smiling knowledgeable people, April and John. My husband is a do it yourself person, so he had ideas in mind on what he wanted . I asked April to educate us on the different types of flooring. April, our sales representative, was so friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with—she made the whole process simple and stress-free. We had a very positive experience with Luitjohan Flooring America, from start to finish. April was very informative and accommodating, driving to the northern edge of Madison County in order to take the measurements of our home. She offered some helpful tips to care for our new carpet...I am a bit picky about the tracks left by a vacuum cleaner and she offered a great remedy. The installers were also professional and went above and beyond. One suggestion: if you haven't had carpet removal done before, it is LOUD. Those who work from home may want to take measures to avoid any disruption. Nevertheless, Brian and Greg were efficient, friendly, and worked hard and quickly.
