Never answer emails promptly and falsely promise turnaround time with communication and ordering products

I'm a service supervisor at an apartment complex and ordering any type of service order, cabinets or just replacement doors is a hassle. Twice now I've paid for my product up front and both times I was told that they weren't paid for and had to show proof of purchase. Not only that but the price for remake doors and drawers is highway robbery, 4 doors cost me over $600 and they weren't even drilled for hardware. LANZ CABINETS IS A RIP OFF they don't care about the customer they only care about money

this company is absolute garbage. if you care about your time and $ don't waist them here. Service is never "in the office" and not once has returned my voicemails (over 10) in my time trying to work with them. the 1st time I needed a replacement piece, After multiply unanswered phone calls I finally decided to drive down there and ask them in person if their phone was working and try to pick up my part (a simple piece of face trim). unfortunately it was not ready, which in its self was disheartening since it was already a week past the quoted pick up date. If there was an option to give negative stars, that is what they would get.
