Taylor and John came, saw, and conquered. They removed a unit that was installed in 1973. They had to completely rewire two units that had extensive work done over decades of maintenance. These guys were professional and clean! Knowledgeable service got the work done right. We felt a seven degree drop in 15 minutes of unit being on. It was 91 degrees! Very thankful to be back down to 72 for our baby. The guys worked great around my husky, and accommodated him by using proper entryways. Edit: had to drop a star, as we found out the guys did not hook up the condensation pump (see video) which caused flooding into my daughter's room. Literally the most important part. The boss came and fixed it promptly the next day on a Saturday, so I will be giving these guys 4 stars instead of five.

We called and Got Michael on the phone at 1020pm at night with snow and ice on the ground, our heating system stopped working... He told me, "Give me and hour" and I'll get you warm again. He was kind and professional and true to his word we got to sleep warm and comfortable. Ty so much Mike and Larkin.

I called Larkin this morning to get our new thermostat installed in our office building. Brett called a few min later to say he was on his way. Brett quickly replaced the thermostat with a new one we had already purchased, set it up, and explained how the new thermostat worked. From arrival to completion it only took him 20 min. He was great to work with and we would call them again!

I called and Larkin came the next day. Brett was able to diagnose and fix my unit, plus perform maintenance and get it up and running perfectly and quickly. Very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with Larkin today! I called end of business day yesterday, expecting to leave a voicemail, and to my surprise, spoke to a live person who scheduled my appointment for first thing today. My serviceperson was very professional, on time, thorough, and kind. I'd highly recommend Larkin for HVAC maintenance and repair!
