Siloam Springs Heat and Air

If I could leave zero stars I would. I do not recommend this company. I spoke to a man (do not recall his name) earlier in the week to schedule the repair of my AC. The appointment was set for Friday, November 21st, 2025. He stated they could come in the “evening” and would either be at my house or call by 1 pm. Knowing this, I took a half-day off work to be home for the technician. 1 pm comes and goes and I never receive a call nor does anyone show up. I attempted to call to get an update at 1:47 pm. 47 minutes after the appointment time. After no answer, I left a message. Still no call back so I attempt to call and reach someone again at 3:29 pm, still no answer. I then called two more times, once at 4:31 pm and then again at 5:42 pm. No answer and never a call back. I honestly can't say enough good things about Siloam Springs Heating and Air! Our heater decided to quit working on one of the coldest nights of the year so far. I called them after hours and wasn’t sure if someone would be able to come that evening, but they came in a short amount of time. They persisted until the problem was resolved and were very kind and positive. Our problem was an unusual one, and they spent extra time problem-solving from every angle until everything was right - even driving out of town to get us a part to install that day. If your furnace or AC ever lets you down, do yourself a favor and call Siloam Springs Heating and Air first. Highly, highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Will absolutely be using them for all future maintenance.

I called Siloam Springs Heating and Air because our upstairs condenser unit wasn’t kicking in. The technician who serviced our unit opened it up, and quickly diagnosed a failed capacitor and a burned-out wire. He had a replacement capacitor in his truck. He went to a good bit of exertion to replace the burned-out wire. He had the unit up and running again in about 40-45 minutes. Charged us $185. Advised us to apply some ant spray to the A/C, to prevent ants from nesting in it and causing problems. These guys will be getting my business from now on.

The guy we had was awesome! He went over what he was suppose to do for us. He cares about his job and the customers. If he didn’t he would have left us hot. Instead he was off work and not on call, but still came back out and fixed our problem again that day. Also I know another person I told to call this company. They did and they were fast they came that day and fixed her air. It had been out for a month bc another company tried to tell her she needed a new unit. Obviously they didn’t even look or care just wanted more money bc this company fixed it and all it needed was freon put in it. All good experiences with this company and the people that work for them.
