Laroche Electric

The protective enclosure for the electrical wires coming from our house roof to the electric meter was torn and deteriorated leaving the wires exposed to the weather. We called Eversource and the Customer Rep told us that we were responsible to get the repairs done, so we called Matt at Laroche Electric. Matt came out and was surprised that the electric company would not make the repairs, but looked at the situation and gave us an estimate. He then called a contact at Eversource and confirmed that Eversource was responsible for the repairs. Matt coordinated the schedule for Eversource to do the work and they came and fixed the problem a week later for no cost. We couldn’t be happier with results.
