Really difficult to rate a business when you don't get the opportunity to do business with them. Stopped by to inquire about some steel doors and possibly make an appointment with them to repair mine. Signs states hours are 7:30-1200 and 1-4:30. Waited until 1:10 (according to their office clock) and nary a soul to unlock the door or do business with. Will find another option. Obviously they don't need my business.

Not very helpful for the individual customer looking for just a small amount of material for a home project. I was needing a 1 1/4" O.D. X 12" piece of steel tubing and was told over the phone they didn't have any. Had to call them from outside the store because no one would answer the door during normal business hours. SMH

Very professional and top notch work.

We had some 4000g double compartment tanks built and all of them had major issues with the baffles in the tank to the point they were leaking. Called Larrance Steel to get their help with the reoccurring problem and said it was outside of their 1yr warranty. By a couple of months. We have not had one tank they build that did not have issues leaking.
