I had several referrals to use this service, and I expect great service and outcome. The experience was excellent until I saw the final delivered product. In the material/fix list it was stated using white board that match the damage roof, and here is what it I get, a yellow non matching one. Hope I can get it fixed and will update the review accordingly. 12/11 updates: Appreciate the owner clarifying that “white wood” is a building material type, not a color. Since we have white trim, that term—combined with the estimator giving my wife a “perfect fix”expectation —led us to expect a visual match, not yellow primer. I suggest the company clarify that painting is still required, as the jargon is particularly misleading when repairing white trim. I’ll work with Larry Haight’s to have this

They did my roof a few years ago and it still looks beautiful. The crew was friendly, courteous, and helpful as they helped us out with a few requests too. They were not the cheapest bid but I'm glad we went with them because their work turned out as excellent as they promised and it's comforting to know the most expensive upgrade in the house was done well. Some things to note. We had a siding guy come fix our chimney siding and he damaged some new singles. Larry Haight sent out someone to fix the damages for a very reasonable cost. Much appreciated! They replaced vent ducts so they go out the roof instead of poorly out the soffits. During the final walk through, I pointed out a few drip edges that didn't quite reach the edge of some fascia. We had our roof installed and had a crew of nice workers for a few days. They did a great job and they were very professional. They cleaned up the surrounding areas, made sure there wasn't any nail on the ground. When they left the site, it was always nice and clean.

Overall one of the best experiences I have had with what is one of the most daunting home improvement projects one can take on. From sales, office staff, work crew, and ownership, the staff across the board is A+. We used Larry Haight’s Residential Roofing to replace our end of life torch down roof with a new IB PVC roof. I hired Larry Haight's Residential Roofing to replace my torch down tongue and groove flat roof with IB. After the Bomb Cyclone November storm, I hired them again to repair my IB flat roof. I worked with Randy & Heidi May on these projects as well as a different estimator and project manager for the repair. They did a quality job. I would hire Larry Haight Roofing again.
