My moms house caught on fire on April 4th of 2020. We gave him the job as general contractor. Now due to shabby plumbing and structural support her home was deemed uninhabitable. The city inspector also stated that because of faulty wiring the house is currently more of a fire hazard than before the fire took place. Faucets leak outgoing plumbing seeped beneath the house. The roof began to leak because of the structural integrity being compromised. The toilet sits 9 inches from the shower. Dishwasher doesn't close or open properly. Sewage seeps in shower and sinks. Fans and light switches don't function properly. AC duct work installed improperly and covered with wrong material. Trash and construction debris left in crawl space. Attic not insulated correctly. And that's the code inspectors
