This company does not care about any of its customers. Once they have your money good luck getting it back. We placed an order for a transformer and it was the wrong size we called and sent an email the same day requesting the order to be cancelled before it shipped no response. We then sent another 3 emails clearly stating to cancel the order before it was shipped they have not replied to any emails at all. Stay away from the company source what you need from some where else. They really suck

Same as Larson Electronics. Not sure why the names different but all these reviews are spot on . They have done the exact same thing to me as everyone else is writing about. Literally the exact same. Promised me..... "TWO DAYS LEAD TIME" Said it was.... " IN STOCK". As soon as they received payment they disappeared. After calling to figure out the status of my order, and after they promised I would get a call back with a status update, no one has ever returned my call. Now when i call they started getting rude. Saying they think it may be 2 or 3 more days and giving an explanation that makes no sense, saying they are not sure what's going. Saying something such as "it's held up in electrical department". These guys are the absolute worst. I bought a product asked if they had in stock. Told they would put in will call. I paid verified i could pick up in will call. They told that the product takes 7-14 days to make. SMH I immediately requested a refund. they refused. I bought the product elsewhere needed it immediately; then i disputed the charge on my credit card. They lied and said they had already delivered the part. When the Credit card refunded my money. Then changed their story refunded me half my money, and said they had already built the part. so i only get partial refund. Horrible people. Dont ever do business with them. The electrician I was working with suggested a product from Larson. The product cost almost $2,000 and I reluctantly purchased the transformer. This product did not work as described and Larson would not take it back or return my money. I would highly advise against doing business with them.
