Lasting Impressions Landscaping

We've used this company for 3 years and in that time span they've broken our landscaping lights twice. The first time they issued a credit to our account and we were able to resolve the issue smoothly. However, this past August our lights were destroyed again. And we immediately notified the company and sent them pictures along with the cost of the damage. We received no response for months. So we deducted the amount of the damage from our last bill explaining that it was to cover the damaged lights. Only then did we receive a response from this business saying that they weren't responsible for the damage. They continue to bill us even though our property was destroyed. Buyer beware!!!

Vehicle side swiped RV with 3 children and kept driving with out stopping. I called the office/ manager and he wouldn’t give any information over. Beware of a hit and run. State police will be banging down the door.
