Ever since I moved into Latitude, Ahmad, the concierge, has made the experience exceptional. From personally helping with my move-in to welcoming me every day with a genuine smile, he consistently goes above and beyond. Ahmad brings incredible energy to the building. He takes the time to have thoughtful, pleasant conversations and truly makes residents feel seen and valued. His professionalism, warmth, and dedication do not go unnoticed. He is absolutely an irreplaceable asset to this building, and Latitude is lucky to have him, along with the rest of the wonderful team who make this place feel like home.

I have lived at Latitude for 2 years now and I love it. From the management office Caroline (Whom I have known way before I moved in) and John, concierge Ahmed and the Maintenance team Kidus, they have made my experience here worth it and I can’t imagine myself moving out anytime soon.
