We needed more pellets in the dead of winter, I called them and they delivered the next day, fantastic!

It is handicapped accessible. Tall shelves and the aisles are a bit narrow. The employees were super friendly. Checkout was simple and easy. The store has a great vibe.

We needed to reside a section of our house. The folks at LaValley were very helpful, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions and made sure to discuss potential issues that we may need to address in the project. Would definitely recommend Rutland LaValley. We have positive experiences with all the staff we've encountered.

I went La Valleys today for simple purchase of snap off blades.the item was clearly label in isle over product as 3.79, When I went to register the guy couldn’t confirm price, Not until I was handed my receipt did I see I had been charged $6.41. Quite a difference When I asked about the difference they said that they were in process of changing alot of stuff….. Ok…..not cool. And then blank looks, I said I didn’t think that was ok and more silence. I work next door at tractor supply and I won’t be referring any more people to LaVallys that’s for sure. I am pretty sure there are large fines from state for incorrect pricing on products. I hope they get caught in their next state audit. I won’t shop there anymore, or refer people to go their for stuff we don’t have. Zero stars Lousy people .
