When I had the Lawn Doctor come start an annual program for my lawn it was in bad shape. After several treatments throughout the spring and summer plus having the lawn power seeded the lawn has transformed into an incredible looking lawn. I am totally shocked how great the lawn looks and neighbors have noticed as well. It hasn’t looked this good in many many years! I’m glad to have used this company and plan on continuing in the future. A+++

I ended up seeing Tyler out there in the morning and asked him some questions. I was concerned about the fertilizer getting picked up because they were gonna be doing the lawn cutting the same day. Tyler informed me that fertilizer pellets would not get picked up and it was OK to cut the grass the same day. Tyler was pleasant to talk to and look like he did a thorough job. Thank you, Tyler

The work seems fine but I have been paying you all summer and my lawn isn’t any different. It still has tons of weeds and dead spots. And when I asked about it you all said I had to pay you even more to aerate and seed it.

I was hoping to have Lawn Doctor take care of my lawn and give myself some free time this summer. But it is now Mid-September and the weeds that have been treated at least 3-4 times continue to thrive, many parts of my lawn are an embarrassment. Also, after a full season of service I found that they were not even providing applications on my full lawn, on their last visit the technician said he “didn’t realize that my lawn went that far down the street”. Lawn Doctor customer service is almost non-existent. On one of my many calls about the weeds I was told that someone would show up to my house to take a look and review the condition of my lawn with me, but that never happened and they just sent someone to apply some more treatment without discussing it with me.
