Kevin and Derek were amazing. Truly 5-star service! From scheduling to the inspection itself, everything was smooth and professional. The inspection itself was super thorough and they caught even the tiniest details on our new build, which gave us so much peace of mind. They didn’t just list issues and leave, they walked us through everything and made sure we understood it all. They even took extra time to explain how things work so we could properly maintain, like the water heater and other home systems - which we really appreciated! Highly, highly recommend them if you want inspectors who are detailed, knowledgeable, and genuinely care!!!

We had a great experience with Pineland. Kevin is not only incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, he does a great job explaining everything he finds and what it means. The report he sent us had photos of every single thing he found, both good and bad and really helped us make our decision. He took his time and made sure we were informed and prepared. 10/10. Prior to my inspection I reached out via text message to the Pineland team who were very communicative and understanding of any changes. Getting the inspection scheduled was easy which for me was very nice as someone who was going through their first ever home inspection.
