Stay clear of this company!! Had their services for the last few years. when it came time for the new season of 2024 I sent a text message to the owner asking when service would start since it was almost April and that I didn’t receive the contract I receive annually. He didn’t respond until I called him and sent a few other text messages. His response was “we aren’t servicing your account this year”. When I asked for an explanation he said we are no longer doing call ahead service. I said ok I can leave the gates unlocked then so you don’t have to call ahead. He said no we aren’t servicing your account going forward. Very unprofessional from a business standpoint. If I received a form of communication at the end of 2023 or even the start of 2024 I wouldn’t have had an issue. If I had know
