we used Solutions Lawn to for chemical treatment for my lawn this year and results were horrible. My lawn resulted in the worst condition it has been with all kind of weeds growing throughout. James failed to resolve the issue or take responsibility to have his team come out and do proper treatment. They continued on providing the next scheduled 4-6 week treatment with no results and sending me full invoices. Not sure if they were really using any chemical treatment since instead of weeds getting under control they kept growing bigger and out of control. Upon multiple emails, James would reply back that he has asked his guys to re-apply the treatment but they would not show up to reapply. I fired them.

These people where called and called, and all you get is a voicemail, so I left a message about our yard sprinkler getting drained. They called and said that they would be out on Wednesday, didn’t show, we called again and left a message wanting to know what happened, they TEXT saying they would be there on Friday, which was are first winter storm, and they didn’t show and the back flow valve froze and busted. ( 800 bucks ) and that’s just for the valve, we don’t know what else is busted yet. This is not a reliable company and would never use them again. You can’t talk to anyone, so I think that’s a little sketchy.

If I could give zero stars I would. Started using them when moved into our house as they were the lawn service the previous owners used. After a few weeks of their work on our lawn we requested some preferences for our yard, ie shorter cut, edging instead of weed eating where riding mower can’t get to. They came back the following week and it was worse than previous weeks. Grass clumps and clippings all over the yard, poor attempt at edging and the most maddening, all the cut grass was blown up on the mulched bed around our tree and our beautifully landscaped front bed that has the delicate ground cover plants covered with cut grass. Horrible job! To make matters worse, they never answer the phone. The receptionist responds to voicemail thru texts. I wouldn’t recommend such an unprofession
