Lawn Medic & Turfmen

Unfortunately, either the wrong product was applied or mixed in the wrong ratio for spot treatment, and we now have dead patches of grass all around the property. This year, we also have weeds around the property that we haven't seen since being with Lawn Medic. Quality and customer service appear to be suffering since the merger into ExperiGreen. When I called to explain the situation, the customer service representative could not find my account. Only after an extended time on hold and getting a supervisor involved was she able to find it. She told me a manager would come out to assess our property. That was five days ago, and I still have not been contacted. Very disappointed this year.

I happen to be outside when mateo was here a few minutes ago. He asked me if I had any questions or concerns and I gave him a few concerns.Nothing major just some small weeds. He said he was going to take take take care of them and he did. He is very personable.I'm glad for the personal service. I've enjoyed this company for 4 or 5 years.Thank you

Sandon gave me some tips for my lawn, and did a great job laying the fertilizer. I like that it's the same person each treatment hopefully it'll help with learning my yard. Was with turfmen for 2 seasons before the merge LOVED Turmen and this is my second season with Lawn Medic, my grass hasn't been the same as when it was just turfmen, they had my grass dark green with no weeds....now I have to make do. All in all I'm satisfied with the company.

Ryan arrived yesterday morning and quickly spread the product over our lawn. We often are not home when he arrives. And only know he has been here by the sign on the grass. A couple of months ago he put a product down to kill the nut sedge and it cleared it up so we were pleased with that.
