Lawn Pride Irrigation & Groundworks

I have been using Lawn Pride Irrigation for the past 4 years and I cannot say enough about how great they are for Sprinkler Service. I use them every year to turn on and winterize the system and they do a great hob. Each spring they take the time to check and if needed adjust the heads. Last summer, I had some dry spots and they came out and made some adjustments as well as added a couple of heads to the system at a very reasonable price. This year I needed to get some heads moved over and made a call and within 48 hours they were out and had the heads moved. They are GREAT and I would recommend them to anyone!

We have worked with Lawn Pride recently for our lawn irrigation repair/upgrade work as a part of landscape project. They did an excellent job. Shawn is great. He gave me a very reasonable quote in one day and was able to come and finish the project within two days. They are very professional and customer service oriented team. I would recommend them to anyone looking for lawn irrigation work and would work with them again if needed.

I do not recommend. I had to call 2 times to get them to call me back to set up a time for my “Free Inspection”. They told me I needed all 20 sprinkler heads replaced and it would be $20 a head. The employee said that Shawn (the company owner) would call me back with a quote. Never heard from Lawn Pride again.....until I was sent a $110 dollar bill 5 months later stating that they had started my sprinklers in the spring and blew them out this fall. I sent an email to them that no work had been done, just the “Free Estimate”. I received an email with only “I’m listening to your voice message from 5-15 in the subject line-no message in the body of the email. Of course she did. I contacted six companies for inground sprinkler repair and of those contacts, two returned my call. Lawn Pride was able to have a technician out within a week (during peak season!) and he showed up to my house as scheduled. I wasn't home, but saw on the Ring Camera who was at the door. I let the technician go into the house and garage so he could turn on the water, he stayed in constant communication with me. What I feared was a much more severe problem was resolved within a couple of hours, and that included him running to the distributor for parts. I was thrilled that a nagging problem caused by tree roots was finally remedied and my sprinklers can be used efficiently and with no water waste. The technician also recommended some changes that would better serve areas that will be updated

We have been customers for several years and have always struggled with their response time. We stayed with them because of their reasonable prices and the fact that they people who do the actual sprinkler work do a good job and are very personable . This year I reached out to ask for help to move our lower sprinkler heads for road construction and was advised to take care of it myself and that they would come help reinstall when project was done… that did not go well and now most of the line needs to be replaced, but no one there will return my calls about coming to fix it. So frustrating!!
