I wanted to use Lawn and Shrub. I heard they had a great reputation and they're close to my home in north east Lafayette. The representative came to my home in early spring 2022. He was on time. And that's about the only good thing I can say about my experience. I realize that my request for a "tropically inspired" landscape plan was a bit out of the ordinary, and I've done enough research to know that I cannot literally have zone 9 plants in zone 5. I have needed landscaping done around the house for many years so this was going to be the year. I called L&S Late Feb 2021 and made an appointment for March 3, 2021 and George came out to give me a quote. Now I told him I was not in a hurry but would like it done so this is partially my fault. On the other hand George never offered a time frame for completing the work. Something I would expect from an established business. After the initial communications and waiting a couple weeks I emailed to get a status. I was told it would be in next couple of weeks. I agreed and said I look forward to getting the work done. After being canceled 3 times between mid march and late may with very little notice I called the company and luckily the owner picked up the phone. I told her that it was time

Been calling 2 times this year and 2 times last year for a simple quote for rocks replacement or replishment in the flower bed. Never received a call back, every a lady says she will get back to me. But has not happened at all!!!

Extremely pleased with the work George and his crew provided. They killed off all of the weeds, moved around a lot of dirt to make our yard more level, and placed sod throughout the front and back yard. It looks fantastic. Getting so many compliments from neighbors. The crew was very efficient in their work and communicated well throughout. Had some poor experiences with other lawn care companies, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lawn & Shrub!!

Ryan in the irrigation department did an outstanding job making sure that the irrigation heads were all working efficiently now that my perennials are more mature than when the system was installed many years ago. Professional and very personable.
