Constant reschedules, poor work, no communication and customer service that couldn't care less. Don't ever use!

My yard had never looked better. Communication I great and he shows up on schedule, no wondering if and when someone is going to come. I will continue using him as long as he is willing to service my yard. 5 stars without a doubt.

Getting charged for services, receiving messages asking how the service was… but no one shows up. This is the third time this has happened. Also, the first couple of times they showed up, they did a great job (edging, mowing, yard looked great). The last few times they’ve been very lazy with it. They’ll do a quick mow, no edging. Edited to add: we are STILL GETTING CHARGED, and yet no one has shown up in well over a month! Ridiculous! AND they refuse to refund us!

Wes does my landscaping and mows my lawn biweekly. He is very thorough and his hospitality is unmatched! After completing my services, he was even nice enough to put my trash cans in my backyard after the garbage man came by! How's that for customer service!! LawnStarter has earned a customer for life! Thanks a million Wes and as always, GREAT WORK, my yard looks amazing!!
