I love how easy it is to schedule lawn care with this company. My lawn guy does a great job and always lets me know id he will be late. It’s easy to reschedule or pause service. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

This company is not a good company. I had my lawn done on July 30th. I paid the lawn PRO after he had completed the work through cash app. Unbeknownst to me I was not supposed to pay him because the company is supposed to debit the money. I'm sure the lawn PRO knew this but did not educate me further on it.. this company then sent me a letter stating that they were going to report me to the credit bureau because they did not get a payment. I called them and told them that I paid the lawn PRO and they need to get the money from him. They told me that since the lawn PRO did not do any damage to my property they will not pursue getting the money from him. To correct the problem they reduce my amount that they were showing that I owed to $19 where it should have been just $5.99 (because I paid

We used Lawn Starter to find our current landscaper, and he was absolutely amazing! Stephen showed up and got to work right away, my lawn looks so much better than it did before! He even took time to talk to me after the cut to go over a few things- will be using again

The service happens as scheduled, and I'm notified of any variance in time or provider by text in smoke time to respond. The work is precise, quick, and quiet: they came and took care of my front and back lawn on a day off and I slept through it! Will be happy to have them do so again next month.
