Lawn Starters are very conscientious and meticulous when it comes to lawn service. If they are not available on the day of your appointment, they go out of their way to reschedule at the earliest convenient time for me. The rates are among the best in the Hermitage area. I would recommend Lawn Starters highly!

I am so thrilled I finally found a great lawn service after years of fly by night services. Jeremy came out in the rain to keep his appointment. Yet he didn’t rush the job. He paid special attention to trimming the side yard which is where my car is. Yard is well manicured for my smaller dogs to run around in. I was skeptical of signing up with the service yet this could not have been a better choice. The price after introductory visit is less than I was paying for a poor lawn service. Highly recommended!

My team, Megan and her husband, are absolutely amazing. Our yard always looks amazing after they have left! We have a fenced yard and they are always sure to relatch our gate when they leave so we don't have to worry about our pup getting out. Due to the dispatch poor communication to lawnstarter team members they send out on jobs. The crew member that mowed my lawn, mowed it below my height guidelines - too low in fact- and damaged a sprinkler head in the process. When I reported the property damage through Lawn starter claims department, they refused to reimburse or fix the broken sprinkler by claiming the damage was due to water pressure blow out. As shown in the image the sprinkler is positioned far enough on top of the ground soil to not take on any blockage that would cause such water pressure to damage the nozzle at this level. The nozzle looks like it had been grinded or cut off, the top metal parts of the sprinkler head are no where to be found. I sent these images along with images of the lawn and how far it had bee
