LawnStarter Lawn Care Service

Had a good experience for 2 years but this year they barely came out to mow. As a result the lawn was overgrown with weeds along the edges. The last time they actually sent someone out they did a horrible job, mowed in pouring rain, left clumps of grass throughout the lawn. I then requested they send someone new. I was charged for a visit that never happened.

Thomas always shows up on time and keeps me informed when he'll be here and sometimes he will even come early which has worked out well so far, his polite, thorough, and fast sometimes I don't even know he is done until I go outside. I would definitely recommend Thomas.

Josh and his team are awesome - consistently reliable and professional and do an outstanding job! Multiple neighbors have commented on how great our lawn looks and a few have ultimately hired him to do their lawn as well.

All in all, we were happy with our Lawn starter service. We contracted for 3 mows while our lawn tractor was in for repair. We had two different guys show up and they each did a great job mowing and trimming. It was easy to communicate with the people doing the mowing and with Lawn starter when it was time to cancel.

I wish I could give no stars, changed my service date 3times, never got service on the days they said, no show but still tried to charge me for there messup. Sent me emails saying my service was completed, while im looking at it not done. Messed up my account and had me as commercial and not residential, terrible communication skills and knowledge of the job they are offering. The list can go on, im still trying to close my account as they are trying to charge me for a no show.
