I've used them for several years for my lawn care, and they started out inspired and attentive, but as each season passed, they seemed to care less and less...in a hurry to get to the next job. Then time for aeration and seeding a few weeks ago, I was needing some extra attention in some problem spots in my yard. This could have been easily resolved. I ended up having to redo these areas myself. I thought I had paid for my entire yard..guess not. It's very frustrating to pay for service then not get what you paid for. As a result, I'm not happy with the customer service / satisfaction that they claim to have. So beware of this company. I have since dropped them and moved on.

This team is the best, I wish I had before pictures to show. Shanoa what can I say, she knows me, worked with me when we started to get the lawn right. My tech Eric was here yesterday, I had to pause my business call and go out to thank him! I mean look at this lawn!!

My main concern with this business is their combative customer support. The lady who manages the calls treats you as a shutdown artist would instead of just listening to a customers concerns. My main issue was with the misrepresentation of a sales rep expressing the things they could take care of like Johnson grass and clovers but in reality didn't really understand what the services could actually help with getting rid of. That combined with changing prices in mid conversation or as he got back to the office with your information. The technicians are very respectful but I could never say whether or not they were on time as they just show up without warning and are gone like ninjas. I bought a new home last year. My back yard was just dirt and I did not know how I was going to fix. I was thinking about spending thousands of dollars to sod but I decided to call some lawn services. After talking to Jon Ray, he made me feel the most comfortable so I decided to go with Lawnwise. Fantastic decision. Please see my before and after pics. That's just in a few short months. Lawnwise is so super friendly too. The technicians are awesome and Jon, I can text him with questions at any hour and he texts ne back within a few mins. He will offer free re services as you feel you need also. I'm very very happy with Lawnwise!!!!!

I have been very pleased with the service of Lawnwise the past 3 years. They provide thorough service to our yard in both seeding and maintenance. They have always responded quickly and graciously to any request I’ve had. Their desire is for me to be satisfied, which is greatly appreciated and essential in any service business. The guys working with them are top notch, especially Courtney. I highly recommend Lawnwise!
