We just had new carpet installed and I can't say enough about how great our experience was with Mike at Lawrence Flooring. We were super picky and Mike was so patient, kind and professional. Installers were also professional, respectful, and did an amazing job. It's obvious that they have a ton of experience. Sadly we find ourselves super skeptical and doubtful when it comes to customer service these days, but this business has renewed our faith. We absolutely love our new carpet. I replaced carpet and laminate with new LVP flooring, and Lawrence Flooring had a great selection AND competitively priced. I selected a few samples in the showroom, and Mike E. brought them over along with some of his suggestions ... narrowed down to two final pieces. Mike was able to get samples to lay out in the space -- glad we did this as my "favorite" was too dark once I had several planks out. The lighter one I installed looks great!! I requested baseboards ahead of time so I could paint before install; no problem with this request. Overall a positive experience, as a friend had recommended this company after using them twice in the past 10 years.
