I had a sliding glass door in my home break after my dog decided to go kamikaze on it and I called lawrence glass since they were the closest repair shop to me. I was greeted by a friendly voice and we got an appointment scheduled faster than I could imagine. Jeff is a rockstar and he's very friendly over the phone and in person. They came out and told me it would be very easy to replace and a lot cheaper than I was anticipating as a first time homeowner. Luke greeted me on the day of the repair and was very friendly and communicative. He's got tons of great stories and he's very fun to talk to. I have to recommend these guys! They're a locally owned family operation and they did a phenomenal job.

I had an excellent experience with Lawrence Glass. I wanted to support a local business and was left very satisfied, Jeff is a great guy who is fair and worked with me to fit my needs. I had Lawrence glass install a window pane for me back in December. Originally, it was quite hard to schedule them to come out and there was a lack of communication. However they were very friendly and I thought they did a great job with the actual install. My issues come from when I discovered this spring that my window will no longer keep itself open, which was caused by a balance break during install. They came out promptly to look at it when I called. The person who did the work claimed that he didn't break it, but this was the first time we had opened the window since the work was done. When he was here, he did fix it, but then subsequently broke one of the balances on my bottom window causing the same issue. I contacted four glass companies to get quotes on the same day. When I was comparing quotes to make a decision from three companies, Lawrence Glass had given me spotty responses and had not yet scheduled a time to come out while the other three companies had gotten back to me, scheduled a time to come out, came out and got measurements, and then sent me the quote.
