Had them come out to perform a backflow test. Supposed to be a simple $150 job. The dispatcher gave me no arrival time or date only assuring me it would be completed before July 3rd. My wife showed up to our business one day and there was a Lawton truck in the lot, he saw her, and instead of talking to her or letting her know he had waited, he just drove off. They came back 2 days later and performed the backflow test, it took him 20 minutes. They then proceeded to charge me over $450 claiming I had to pay for 2 service charges because they had come out the previous day. I disputed with them about the second charge, telling them I didn’t receive a scheduled time so how could they charge me for not being there. They said they would review the call and get back to me, this was 3 weeks ago an

Had a problem with my water heater and had to find a company to come out and fix it. Lawton Commercial Services is who I called and they came out and took care of the issue with no problem. Thank you Lawton and I will be sure to recommend you to family and friends.

Had this company come out and service my restaurant back in April. The repairs they did on our restroom have already failed. Called them yesterday to have them come back out and was informed they do not warranty their work and we'd have to pay in full to have it fixed again. Plumbing repairs should not fail within months. Complete waste of hundreds of dollars. Shady as shady can be.
