Layco Air Conditioning & Heating LLC

Layco just completed a replacement system for us after the compressor failed on our 12 year old Trane system. It is no fun being without AC in August in Phoenix. Layco came out very quickly, explained the diagnosis and options very carefully. He recommended an American Standard 4 ton, 17 SEER system and installed it with great attention to detail. He did things right. The new system is more quiet than the old one, the cooling works very well. We can recommend Layco because of excellent service and a highly professional business approach.

Nice and knowledgeable tech. He came out quickly and was able to get our garage mini split fixed up in no time. Pricing was quite reasonable. He will be my go to for future HVAC work.

I have used him for the past few years now. Always great and very responsive. Recently I was having an issue with a noisy motor on my AC unit and he replaced it. The next day it started making the same noise again. I called him that evening and he came out the next day and it ended up being bad motor from the factory which he replaced again. Great service.

I've used Layco a couple times now. Alan is quick to respond and has been able to come out within a day or two during the summer. He doesn't try to upcharge or upsell and fixes the problem at a reasonable price.

This company is very reliable and worth their work.
