Layla's Hardwood Floor Install and Repair

WARNING - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! We paid this company by Zelle $1,500 as a deposit for carpet installation which was supposed to be completed the week before Thanksgiving 2021. They took our money and disappeared with no call backs or explanations. Sent tons of emails, texts and calls with no response. Sent a certified letter via mail and it was returned. The owner responded in January saying the carpet was delayed from Georgia and she would get me back my money. That was the last time we heard from them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!! They are thieves running a racket !!!!!!!!!!!!

We removed some cabinets from our kitchen and beneath them was bad quality hardwood and missing pieces. Luz and her team did a great job replacing all the missing bits and refinishing the rest of the kitchen. You can't even tell where the new and old wood meet. They did a great job and Luz was very responsive and accommodating through the whole process. Highly recommend.

I came across Layla’s Hardwood floors from a friend who she had worked for a few times. I normally don’t take the time to write reviews but I am Ecstatic and amazed with the work they have done. Layla was professional and managed her project very well. She was always there to answer questions and concerns and always had a solution to every problem. We had tried 3 contractors prior to hiring Layla and I do not regret. She remodeled our entire kitchen and installed new flooring, something that we were waiting to have done for many years now and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend their service...

We recently had the pleasure of working with Layla’s team on a whole lower floor install of flooring at my Mother’s home in preparation to sell it. Results are stunning and the service was excellent. Everything from initial estimate, project updates, pictures of work to final billing were seamless and flawless. We’re having them do more work on the house! Very highly recommend!!

Upon finishing the floors, at first looked good. I had told them about a place between the kitchen and the den needed repairs before laying the floors. They finished and when I asked about the place they said it was just fine. After a couple of weeks the boards gave in where it had not been fixed. Now I have several busted boards. I paid a lot of money and said they would fix the problem. I have sent about 10 text and they just quit answering them and now I have busted floors. I am very upset. Not sure what my next step will be. I’m not the only one that is not satisfied. Update!!!! They came and repaired the floor to perfection. I’m so thankful they did come and finished the floors. They look great!!! After repair of the floor I have 3 loose boards and one cracked one. I have called sever
