The staff at the Livingston Street location are awesome. They are friendly and recognize their monthly customers and great them with a smile. Special shout out to Patrick, Pierre and Khan. They always have my car waiting since they know my schedule. Whenever I have to leave early my car is always waiting for me. Customer service at its best!

Absolutely outstanding experience at Edison ParkFast! I went last Sunday and Khan was incredible, offering exceptional service from start to finish. He greeted me with a warm smile and made the entire parking process seamless and hassle free. He was so professional, had amazing attention to detail, and genuine care for customers that really stood out. Khan went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of, making sure I understood all the parking options and helping me with any questions I had. I felt completely confident leaving my car in their care, and the whole experience was smooth and stress free. I’ll definitely be returning for future visits, highly recommend this location thanks to Khan.

Park Fast in Brooklyn at Livingston and Smith street has been incredible. Khan and one of the other gentlemen that supervise at ParkFast have provided me with exceptional service. All of the attendants are very attentive, they remember your face. They treat all of the customers with kindness and respect. I attend The Brooklyn Tabernacle Church and they are there on Sunday mornings taking especially good care of the many congregants that attend the church. I highly recommend ParkFast over any other parking garage in the area.
