This parking lot is adjacent to Secaucus Junction station, only few minutes walk to the building depending on where you park in the lot. It’s a huge with entrance and exits in 3 different directions. It easily facilities several hundred cars. The parking prices are posted near the pay station entrance, but nothing available at the far side entrances. It’s open 24/7, with attendants available at all times. But most of it is self-managed and self park. I bought a weekday night pass, it was $19 for 12 hours (6pm-6am). Upon arrival, I had to get a ticket at the entrance gate, and found a spot close the station walkway. Upon returning, the attendant helped me to figure out scanning the QR code at pay station to redeem my parking reservation. Overall it was an easy convenient process. I’d park
We paid $30 for parking our oversized vehicle and weren’t charged any additional fees before we left. The parking is basically right on the train station property and is less than a five minute walk to the front door. Getting in and out of the lot was easy too. I had originally been quoted a price of $19 a week earlier, but the day of, the price had increased to $30. I didn’t love that, but I don’t hate the price considering the other option was paying for parking in NYC.
A well-kept parking spot right next to the train station, managed efficiently. The process of parking and checkout is easy, with clear signs to guide you. On weekends, it's busy because many folks use the train to NYC. It's a bit pricey at $16 for 12 hours, especially since it's not in NYC, but it saves you the hassle of city driving. Overall, it's a good choice for convenience, but the cost might be a drawback for some.
Will not park here again. I picked this place for the convenience; since I didn't want to park/drive into NYC for my multi-day trip, and it is right next to the Secaucus Junction station. The parking process was easy, but upon returning to my car the other night, I discovered a huge crack in my windshield that wasn't there when I parked. Since it was late at night and dark, I didn't see it until I was merging onto the highway. After inquiring about their damage policy, I was informed I had to have reported it and filed a claim while I was still on the lot in-person since I was outside their customer service call center hours. I had a 9 hour drive ahead of me and it was too late to turn around. Now I need to spend hundreds to get it fixed.
10/19/25 -Beyond awful customer service. Story time: I had an issue with my parking ticket- I paid for 2 tickets but paid for the same ticket twice (which at the moment I didn’t know that) I get to the exit scan my ticket (which I had a receipt for) and it’s showing up as unpaid. I call the help button thinking it’s going to be an easy fix- I have a receipt to prove payment. That’s went things went south fast. They told me to leave my car at the exit (cars were piling behind me- no where I could go anyways) and go to the help desk. From there started a 30 minute back and forth. The older gentleman did his best to understand the situation and due his due diligence. The younger man took it upon himself to go to the exit location where I had left my car (at their direction) to scream at my el
