Terrible. I pulled into the garage and the attendant comes at me with a big grin saying no parking. I replied by asking if the spots were all taken and he says "no, but the early bird special didn't start yet." I didn't ask about the early bird special. I said, "I already paid for my spot thru spot hero," and he says, "No, we don't do that." Ridiculous.
Horrible staff and very rude to interact with.
