This place is a rip-off. We never received a ticket when we went to park thinking it was prepaid as it asked for credit card and gave no ticket. When we go to leave about 2 hours later, a ticket is requested but we never received a ticket! We had to pay $40 just to get out of the lot. This is outrageous and deserve a refund!
I went to dinner and used this parking lot that never gave me a ticket . However, it asked for my card. The kiosk asked for a ticket upon leaving , which I had to check off “lost ticket” and was charged $40.00 . Called the number listed on this google site and it goes straight to vm. I come down all the time and will not use this lot again. Called the number below left by the company. No return call.
It's months I'm on the waiting list, I tried to call the number but they never picked up the call...
Nice indoor parking garage with video surveillance, but no controlled entry. The entrance is on Jefferson Street.
