LAZ Parking - 175 Kent Garage

Valets always have an attitude. Car always takes forever to come out. If you send them a message asking to take the car out and it’s during a shift change, the new guy will not look at the existing messages or something bizarre like that. This happened multiple times already. Management: talk to your employees about basics of working with customers.

We were monthly parkers with LAZ for 2 years, and I had a truly wonderful experience. I commuted with my car daily, so I got to know the staff well. They were always prompt and courteous, and they worked together as a team. Edwin the manager is thoughtful and responsive. Carlos had my car ready for me every morning, and I dropped it off with Henry every afternoon. Each team member was kind, thoughtful, and added a personal touch that made us feel like family. Even on days we didn't get the car, we'd often stop and chat with the team because they were so lovely. Thank you! We miss you!

These guys are great! I live in the area and had a friend visit for a month. The manager and attendants were super helpful and took good care of him and his car while he was here. They gave him a great price and getting the car in and out during his stay was a breeze. Definitely recommend for locals and visitors.

Simply don’t park here. They are dishonest and keep increasing their monthly rates every few months. Parking attendants are rude and scratch and dent cars while retrieving from parking. Update: Since the posting if the review the team and especially Edwin, who is the manager at this location, has personally reached out and discussed about my experience and made changes. They even paid for the fixes that were needed for the car scratches. Edwin is amazing and i highly recommend reaching out to him for any parking needs.

Everyone from the manager to the associates were so kind and helpful. It legit felt like a family or TV show. I was only in NYC for the month of June but got to know them by their names. Everyone was cheerful and always on point with getting my car out on time. I legit became friends with these guys. They always cheered me up when I was burnout and sorta lonely.
