LAZ Parking - 200 Stuart Street Garage

Would not recommend to anyone. Had my car broken into last night and some valuables stolen from me while I was staying at the Revere Hotel. Have not been able to get thru to anyone by phone or through email about this matter. And when I told the attendant by the exit what happened, I come to find out that there’s no footage of this incident because there are no cameras in this garage smh.

Wish I could give negative stars here. I paid using the app before I left, it went fine, the validation from Blue Man Group (last day ever!) worked as it should. As I approached the exit kiosk the gate went up, before I even had a chance to open my window and present my ticket or QR code. I should have just gone through, but I wasn't certain I was at the actual exit, so I turned around, hunted for the exit, and ended up back where I started. Then I presented my ticket, only to be told that it had already been used. What followed was 15 minutes of sheer frustration. The QR code from the app didn't work, same as the ticket. The number to call for help was out of service. The "help" button on the kiosk did not function, it just returned me to the main menu. Fortunately an attendant eventuall

My family parked our vehicle here while we saw the Blue Man Group. The Charles Playhouse recommends parking here and they verify your ticket which allows you to park for up to five hours for $10 as long as you are verified that you went to one of the shows at the Charles Playhouse. Long story short we pull in about 520. We go see the blue man group get our ticket verified and go to leave at about 9 o’clock. Only to be told by the attendant that our verification ticket has already been used and they won’t honor it and then they charged us almost $40 for parking. A complete scam. I would not waste your money. Park elsewhere.

Tight turning radiuses but service was very nice when our ticket didn't work.
